When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package leaves the studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping is available at checkout. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

What's your return policy?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I care for my pieces?

Care instructions are included with each product. As a general rule, hand-wash textiles in cool water and store ceramics out of direct sunlight.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll do our best to update it.
